VENETO IGT MOSCATO ROSA ‘MONTE TORRE’

VINEYARD: 5 Ha. located in the heart of the Bardolino / Custoza appellation. 35 year old vines, vine density up to 4.000 plants per Ha. Gravelly soil rich in sandstone and red clay, lying over a limestone-based bedrock. Moraines of glacial origin. 100% Moscato Rosa.

WINEMAKING: Moscato Rosa grapes are handpicked the first week of november, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. After a short maceration on the skins and 6 months in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled and matured at the cellar for 2 years prior to commercial release.

WINE MAKING	Moscato Rosa grapes were hand-picked the last week of November and fermented at controlled temperature into stainless steel tanks with ambient yeasts. After a short maceration on the skins, the wine aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months prior to bottling and commercial release.
