VINEYARD: 5 Ha located in the southern part of the Bolgheri Doc appellation, right bifore the sea-side. Guyot-training system, 28 year old vines , 6.000 plants x Ha. The topsoil is red clay rich in iron over a block of volcanic chalk [Tufo]. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot.

WINEMAKING: Grapes are handpicked and fermented into red wine in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with ambient yeasts; maceration last for 2 weeks. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak tonneaux prior to release.
