
VINEYARD: 1 Ha in Castelnuovo dell’Abate / Montalcino, at 300 mt altitude. 35 year old vines, espalier training-system, 4.500 plants x Ha. A blend of Moscadello, Malvasia di Candia and Sauvignon Blanc.
WINEMAKING: Grapes are late-harvested the first week of November and fermented into dessert wine in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrique, prior to bottling and release on the market.

Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes are hand-picked the first week of October and naturally air-dried for 3 months prior to pressing. The resulting wine matures for 2 years in French oak barriques prior to bottling and commercial release. |
