VINEYARD: 24 Ha in Greve in Chianti, at 400 mt altitude. 35 year old Sangiovese and Cabernet vines, espalier training-system, 4.500 plants x Ha. 50% Sangiovese, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.

WINEMAKING: Grapes are handpicked the first week of October and fermented into red wine in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with ambient yeasts; maceration last for 15 days. The wine ages for 18 months in French oak tonneaux prior to bottling and release on the market.

Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes are hand-picked the first week of October, crushed and fermented at  controlled temperature into stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasted 17 days. The wine ages in French oak  barriques for 16 months prior to bottling and commercial release.
