VINEYARD: Various vineyards in the provinces of Chieti and Teramo. 20 to 30 year old vines, 300m asl, 3.000 vines x Ha., Tendone and espalier training-stystem. Clayey topsoil lying over a block of compact limestone. 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo.

WINEMAKING: Grapes are handpicked and fermented into white wine in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The wine ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling and release.
